Job Descriptions
Have end-to-end responsibility of constantly ensuring that the functions of these products (POS, CRM,etc.) are properly and effectively being executed. Conduct customer research where required to gain understanding of customers’ needs as well as understanding on market landscape and competition. Evaluates and analyses the product (UI/ UX, Functionalities) along with the market and benchmarking the products with competitors in the CRM industry. Plans short-term and long-term roadmap, oversees innovation and improvement of business products Works closely with IT, Designer, Sales, Marketing, and other Teams to deliver the business's product into the market.
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female, Age not over 35 years old.
  2. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  3. Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
  5. A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
  6. Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C, C#, JavaScript, etc.
  7. Over 2 years of experience in CRM industry is a plus
  8. Experienced in System Analyst (SA) is a plus
