Job Descriptions
1.Manage and oversee the quality management system of the entire organization effectively.
2.Establish guidelines for controlling and managing resources, and oversee both internal and external audits.
3.Review and plan production processes to ensure efficient production and provide support for production engineering.
4.Monitor key performance indicators (KPI).
5.Ensure compliance with industry standards and the company's quality standards in all production processes.
6.Oversee product inspections and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and absence of defects.
7.Manage quality across the entire system.
Qualifications
- Male
- Age 27 years and above.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control or quality management in a factory or related industry.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese.
- Knowledge and skills in using quality management tools.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Ability to inspect production processes and control quality to meet standards.
- Possessing quality certification, such as ISO 9001, will be considered an advantage.
