Job DescriptionsResponsibilities
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
- Manage car bookings, car bookings, and travel plans for clients.
- Coordinate with internal and external office activities.
- Manage office facilities; track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
- Handle basic purchasing processes.
- Support budgeting and recording of financial transactions; Petty cash advance.
- Handle employee benefits for reimbursement and payroll process.
- Create and monitor databases and records for personnel and other data.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications - Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 0-2 years experience as Admin, Secretary or Personal Assistant
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Have basic knowledge of accounting
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- A good team player with an approachable character, a positive attitude, and strong ownership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Google applications
