Job Descriptions
-Warehouse Line Balancing & Workload Optimization •วิเคราะห์และ ปรับสมดุลงาน (Line Balancing) ในแต่ละกระบวนการ •ใช้ Yamazumi Chart & Workload Analysis เพื่อลดงานที่ล้นในบางจุด •คำนวณ Takt Time & Standard Time เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับเป้าหมายการผลิต •หาจุดที่เกิด Bottleneck Process และเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุง -Process Improvement in CKD Receiving & Unpacking •วิเคราะห์เวลามาตรฐานในกระบวนการ Receiving CKD, Sorting, Unpacking •ใช้ Time & Motion Study เพื่อลด Waste เช่น การเคลื่อนย้ายซ้ำซ้อน •ปรับ Storage Layout & Material Handling Flow ให้ลด Lead Time -Supply Parts to Production Line •Balance การจ่ายชิ้นส่วนเข้าไลน์ (Just-in-Time, Kanban System) •วิเคราะห์ Process Delay และ Unnecessary Motion ในการ Supply •ลดระยะเวลา Picking & Staging โดยใช้ Milk Run System หรือ Automation - Packing & Export Optimization •ปรับปรุงกระบวนการ Packing FG & Loading CKD เพื่อลด Idle Time •ใช้ Standard Work Process & 5S เพื่อลดความสูญเปล่า •วิเคราะห์ Container Utilization & Load Efficiency เพื่อลดต้นทุน
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Industrial Engineering, Logistics, หรือ Supply Chain
  2. มีประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี ด้าน Warehouse, Production Engineering, หรือ Lean Manufacturing
  3. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Line Balancing, Yamazumi Chart, Takt Time
  4. เข้าใจหลักการ Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban
  5. มีทักษะ Time & Motion Study, Workload Analysis, Bottleneck Identification
  6. Excel (Pivot, Macro), Power BI
  7. โปรแกรม สำหรับ Material Flow Design
  8. โปรแกรมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
  9. วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเชิงลึก (Root Cause Analysis)
  10. สามารถ Balance งานระหว่างคน-เครื่องจักร (Man-Machine Balancing)
  11. เพศ ชาย อายุ 30-40 ปี
  12. ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหาร
