Job Descriptions

-Service support and resolve problem to the end user of PC, Laptop Basic operational troubleshooting support. -Main service focus o365 and set up meeting room equipment -Escalate the incident which beyond responsibility to Customer’s authorized person to make the decision such as 3rd Party -Log, categorize, and prioritize all tickets in incident management system (Fresh service) and Follow up end-to-end progress of tickets. -Analyst incident data and prepare incident weekly report and monthly report

Qualifications

เพศชาย อายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องและมีประสบการณ์ทางด้านอุปกรณ์และระบบสารสนเทศ
2 year in service and support of Computer equipment, Infrastructure, IT Service management
Service-mind and interpersonal skill is a must
