Job Descriptions

The DIP Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and manufacturing of Dual In-line Package (DIP) components used in electronics like consumer devices and circuit boards. This role involves optimizing manufacturing processes, testing for quality and reliability, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure components meet specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop DIP components, ensuring they meet design specifications and regulatory standards. 2. Manage manufacturing processes and troubleshoot technical issues to optimize production. 3. Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure functional and reliability standards are met. 4. Drive continuous improvement in DIP component performance and manufacturing efficiency. 5. Collaborate with design, production, and reliability teams for successful integration. 6. Collaborate with Process Engineer and Quality Engineer for solve production quality and technical problem according wave soldering machine. 7. Other assign by manager or director.

Qualifications

Male-Female, Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in packaging engineering, specifically DIP components.
Proficiency in CAD tools and knowledge of packaging materials, failure analysis, and testing.
Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Knowledge of materials science, failure analysis, and testing methods for electronic components.
Strong understanding of semiconductor packaging technologies, particularly Dual In-line Package (DIP) designs.
