Job Descriptions
-Overseeing and coordinating the import and export operations of goods and services for a company -Maintaining inventory control and ensuring stock levels are updated regularly -Managing the coordination of the transportation of goods within and outside the country -Preparing reports related to the movement of goods and inventory status as required -Performing audits of goods received or shipped to ensure accuracy -Managing documentation for the import and export of goods, such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, customs declarations) -Managing inventory and supply chain logistics for incoming and outgoing goods -Keeping track of shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and any customs issues that may arise -Any other assignment from Supervisor
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in related fields with experience at least 3 years
  2. Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of AX proglam is a plus
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize work and work dependantly
  5. Positive attitude with flexibility in handling various tasks
  6. Ability to communicate well in English, knowledge of diamond and gemstone is a plus
