Job Descriptions

• Start process design from the early development stage, defining manufacturing requirements and creating process design documents. • Execute mass production launch tasks after TP, including M-BOM, BOP, and manufacturing sheets. • Business trips to Amber (India) are required for Indian design projects. • Work with engineers to create accurate English documents for outsourcing design to LTTS (India). Since the quality of input affects the output, this is a critical role. • Regular face-to-face meetings with LTTS (India) are required, so business trips may be necessary. Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Laemchabang Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:15(Mon-Fri)

Qualifications

Age 25-40 years
Any gender
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Electronics/Power Electronics or any related field
At least 3 years of product development experience in the automotive or home appliance industry.
Basic PC skills (Excel, Word)
Ability to use CAD 2D/3D / Knowledge
Able to Business trips to another country in Asia.
Able to attend a two-week training in Japan after joining.
Conversational middle level English (to communicate with another branch)
At least 1 year’s experience as designing Engineer in air conditioners is preferable.
Basic knowledge of refrigeration circuit design is preferable.
Work experience at a Japanese company is preferable.
Knowledge of energy efficiency regulations for air conditioners around the world is preferable.
