Job Descriptions

1.Main responsibility is to make sure all products for the responsible market meets customer requirements, in terms of standards and regulations. 2.Ensures that all new and improved products and specifications are in-line with company's capability and geared towards company's productivity. 3.Works closely with the Marketing, Customer Service, Planning and Production teams in the development of new innovative products for the demanding responsible market. 4.Give advice and closely supervises with RD Supervisor in developing products that customers and company are satisfied. 5.Supervises RD supervisor to issues Costing to ensure that all products are correct and accuracy. 6.Works closely with Operation teams in ensuring that quality is maintained and observed at all times during 1st production. 7.Directly contacts suppliers on ingredients' availability and composition and specifications. 8.Works closely with the Packaging Specialist in the development and improvement of new and existing products. 9.Responsible in the product commissioning of new products and technology transfer to Operation teams. 10.Participates in the discussions with customers or Sales 11.Representative during customer visits and product evaluations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Product Development or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years R&D experience Research & Development in food manufacture field.
Good English communication.
