Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: - Analyze and calculate product costs, including materials, labor, and overhead. - Develop and maintain standard cost models to ensure accurate pricing. - Monitor actual costs vs. standard costs and investigate variances. - Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams to optimize cost efficiency. - Provide cost analysis reports to management for decision-making. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives. - Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in costing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of costing principles, BOM (Bill of Materials), and ERP systems.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  5. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional team environment.
