Job Descriptions
1. Daily accounting processing - Responsible for the entry and review of daily financial vouchers of the factory. - Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure the accuracy of accounts. - Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements. 2. Cost control and analysis -- Track production costs and assist in cost accounting. - Analyze cost data and make optimization suggestions. 3. Tax management - Assist in declaring VAT, corporate income tax and other tax matters. ་- Ensure tax declarations comply with Thai tax law requirements. 4. Fund Management - Monitor factory cash flow to ensure normal financial operations. - Assist in preparing funding plans and tracking implementation. 5. Budget management - Assist in preparing annual budget and tracking budget execution. - Analyze budget variances and make recommendations for improvements. 6. Audit and Compliance - Assist with internal and external audits and provide required financial information. - Ensure financial operations comply with company policies and Thai regulations. 7. Other financial work - Assist in fixed assets management and regular inventory. - Complete other financial tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
  1. College degree or above, fluent in Thai, with basic English or Chinese communication skills
  2. Finance, accounting, finance and other related majors are preferred
  3. 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting
  4. Applicants with accounting qualification certificate or related certificates and manufacturing background are preferred
  5. Familiar with Thailand’s tax laws and financial regulations
  6. Proficient in using financial software (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) and office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
  7. Have basic financial analysis skills
  8. Strong ability to withstand pressure, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work, and teamwork spirit
