Job Descriptions
- ติดต่อหน่วยงานภายใน/ภายนอก เช่น บริษัทนำเข้า ชิปปิ้ง กรมศุุลกากร
- วางแผน ตรวจสอบ ดูแลเรื่องการส่งออกสินค้า
- ติดตามตารางการส่งออกให้เป็นไปตามแผนการส่งออก
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารส่งออก
- จัดทำ ISF FORM
- ทำ Invoice ขายในระบบหลังจากได้เอกสารใบขนและ BL
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเอกสารการส่งออก
- มีทักษะในการโน้มน้าว และเจรจาต่อรอง
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม MS Office
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี มีความรับผิดชอบต่องาน
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
