Job Descriptions
- Communication in English with overseas customer ( USA,CHILI,PERU,BRAZIL,CHINA etc.) Mainly using email.
* Adjusting delivery dates
* Issuing invoices
- Inform order from customers to another department
- Preparing for shipments and procedures
- Communication in English with the Taiwanese sales team ( E-mail, Online meeting etc.)
- Confirming and following up on sales collection status.
Qualifications
- Male of Female , Age between 24-35 years old
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Experience in import and export declaration (ex. Preparing customers declaration documents)
- Good English Communication speaking, reading and writing.
- Order management & Coordination of order delivery
- Service mind, Friendly and good discipline is necessary
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Other administrative support
