Job Descriptions

Foreman – Architectural Construction thi position is responsible in overseeing and coordinate on-site activities in the construction site. Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure quality and efficiency. 2. Monitor work progress, enforce safety regulations, and resolve any on-site issues. 3. Manage and guide construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. 4. Ensure timely completion of tasks according to project schedules. 5. Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.

Qualifications

Male, 25-45 Years Old
Good command in English
Minimum 2 years of experience as a foreman in construction (architectural projects preferred).
Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, materials, and construction techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
Willing to work in Pattaya, Chonburi
