Job Descriptions
•Review and assess the preparation of presentations on the perspective of macro and micro-economic in respect to TOR for business investment proposal.
•Regularly attend meetings with the management team units and Vice President for updates on assigned projects and updates, and assess reports for recommendation.
•Review and monitor with Budget Controller the management of project scope for each business unit are compliances with financial operation.
•Update and report to Vice President on the progress and challenges of the project investments expectations.
•Ensure sound knowledge of international law and taxation compliances, and better communications are covey accurately in real time, the impacts and risks towards the company and project investments.
•Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures, company policies, local regulations and international standards and Working Structure (WI);
•Provide guidance in the development and training of Administration Manager and Project Operation Manager to strategically lead their business units to meet the best industry standards and practices.
•Ensure each management team unit meet their KPIs and evaluate the performance measurements, and take necessary corrective actions if required.
•Follow up and monitor the management team, the strategic management development & Business unit and the government & corporate affairs unit in the development of long-range of strategic plans and objectives.
•Ensure each business unit deliver successfully the planning on financial management for all types of investments and learn the possibility for finance area, the benefits, ROI for short and long-term feasibilities.
•Ensure good relationships and connection with government counterparts, business associations, the ASEAN diplomatic agencies, chamber of commerce, embassies in Laos and other neighboring countries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in management/finance or equipment industry experience Economic, Commerce, Finance and International Relation.
- At least 10 years of experience in senior management roles, with a proven track record of leading teams, driving business growth, and achieving financial success.
- Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding international contracts, including key terms, enforcement, and dispute resolution clauses, is crucial when entering into agreements with foreign partners, clients, or suppliers.
