Job Descriptions

1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue and market share goals. 2. Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. 3. Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed performance KPIs. 4. Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote the company’s services, including freight forwarding, warehouse rentals, and transportation. 5. Manage the company's brand image and presence across various platforms. 6. Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 7. Gather customer feedback and use it to improve service offerings. 8. Prepare regular sales forecasts, market analysis, and reports for senior management. 9. Track and measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities. 10. Other tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

Completed degrees' Master Degree and Doctorate or higher about Business Administration.
Age between 45-55 years (male-female).
Experience working in the port business, full-service for 10 years or more.
There is the legal knowledge issue Sales Plan and Market Plan.
Have tolerance to pressure and have good management skills.
Have the ability to plan and prioritize complex tasks to be completed and on time.
Possess excellent leadership skills in communication, negotiation and presentation.
Able to travel upcountry and abroad occasionally.
Knowledge of the working procedures of every process in the port system and can use the program to calculate the service fees of various ports.
