Job description: - Handle full-cycle recruitment and custodian of Employee Onboarding process for all employees recruited. - Collaborate with related stakeholders (HRBPs, Business Leaders, and C&B Team) to prepare competitive compensation and benefit packages for the selected candidates. - Maintain up to date documented procedures for your areas of HR/Admin responsibility Conduct regular internal audits of these procedures to ensure their ongoing validity & accuracy. - Manage the overall general affairs of the plant and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned. - Administration of office supplies and common areas, such as budget control, shuttle bus control, car park, canteen, lighting system, security guard, waste disposal. - Responsible for emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and end to end recruitment functions
Business level of English
Service minded, work well under pressure with minimum supervision
Good project management skills
