Job Descriptions : 1.job description for the IT Support position with the following details: 1)Responsible for monitoring, setup, installation, and configuration of laptops and desktops (Windows OS), including basic computer hardware maintenance, IT asset management, and the de-installation/reinstallation of existing hardware. 2)Track IT job responsibilities and manage IT assets in stock. Utilize problem-solving and organizational skills to perform tasks such as hardware maintenance and the installation of new hardware/software. 3)Install peripherals and software accessories, including LAN/WAN, CCTV, IPPBX, IP phones, basic networking, and server-related tasks. 4)Provide Help Desk services to support the organization's goal of achieving total user satisfaction, while evaluating system performance and troubleshooting issues related to business applications, OS software, and hardware. 5)Provide daily Help Desk services and IT support within the organization to ensure user satisfaction according to the defined SLA. 6)Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, services, support, and maintenance of IT equipment. 7.Good attitude with service-mind 8.Fair command of English 9.Native speaking in Thai language

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
Open to fresh graduates, no prior experience required
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, including other tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Own car/motorcycle and driving license is a must
Fast learner and excellent communication skill
Good attitude with service-mind
Fair command of English
Native speaking in Thai language
