Job Descriptions
- Conduct Annual Risk Control Self-Assessment.
- Conduct IT Governance and Risk Management.
- Perform risk analysis and report to management and relevant committee.
- Responsible for COSO’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework.
- Responsible for Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Responsible for Outsourcing Policy implementation in terms of - - - Risk Assessment and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Provide consultation with other business units and propose initiatives to create awareness and create organizational culture for all staff at all levels.
- Prepare manual and process related to Risk Management i.e. Loss Data Collection, Key Risk Indicators etc.
- Analyze the operational risk loss incident and its mitigation plan.
- Ensure the governance of managing risk, risk identification and assessment process through new processes change regulatory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years up in Risk Management.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity Management.
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with the ability to identify the issues and develop the solution.
- Understands in Personal Loan Business, Bank of Thailand regulations and other related government bodies.
