Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assign tasks to workstations based on the production schedule and process flow chart, and review workstation quotas.
2. Receive and verify materials according to the material list and record any returns.
3. Analyze issues together with PQC based on work instructions and company standards.
4. Inspect tools and equipment at the workstation.
5. Conduct pre-shift and post-shift meetings to review quotas, material usage, and quality issues.
6. Implement and maintain 6S management on-site. Ensure workplace safety and promote a safe working environment.
7. Report and assess violations of rules and regulations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
1. มอบหมายงานให้กับพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตตามตารางการผลิตและแผนผังกระบวนการผลิต และทบทวนกำลังการผลิตของโรงงาน
2. ตรวจรับและตรวจสอบวัสดุตามรายการวัสดุและบันทึกการคืนวัสดุ
3. วิเคราะห์ปัญหาร่วมกับ PQC ตามคำแนะนำการทำงานและมาตรฐานของบริษัท
4. ตรวจสอบเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ภายในโรงงาน
5. จัดการประชุมก่อนและหลังการทำงานเพื่อทบทวนกำลังการผลิต ปริมาณการใช้วัสดุ และปัญหาคุณภาพงาน
6. ดำเนินการและรักษาการจัดการ 6S ในสถานที่ทำงาน โดยให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัยและส่งเสริมสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ปลอดภัย
7. รายงานและประเมินการละเมิดกฎระเบียบต่างๆ
Qualifications
- High school diploma / Vocational diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Female / Male (Male candidates preferred)
- Able to communicate in Chinese and write well (will be considered a plus)
- Proficiency in Burmese is required
- 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing and 1-3 years in a leadership role
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย - ปริญญาตรีด้านการผลิต วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เพศหญิง / เพศชาย (ผู้สมัครเพศชายจะได้รับการพิจารณาก่อน)
- สามารถสื่อสารและเขียนภาษาจีนได้ดี (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ต้องมีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาพม่าได้ดี*
- มีประสบการณ์ในการผลิต 1-5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในบทบาทความเป็นผู้นำ 1-3 ปี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน การเป็นผู้นำ และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
