Job Descriptions
Snomaster Technology Thailand Co., LTD is looking for a The Sales Domestic & Customer Service role is responsible for managing local distribution, order follow-ups, local deliveries, spare parts supply, and customer communication. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service. Cooperate to solve product quality problems of Customers such as quality problems visit, take photos and write reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Planning, Distribution & KPI Execution • Implement yearly sales budgets. • Execute quarterly and monthly sales KPIs as per company targets. • Monitor and report on sales performance against KPIs. • Contribute to the yearly sales performance overview. • Oversee local distribution and ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment. • Coordinate local deliveries and manage logistics to meet customer expectations. • Monitor and manage local spare parts inventory to ensure availability. 2. Order Follow-Up, Coordination & Operational Process • Handle end-to-end local order processing. • Track and manage customer orders from placement to delivery. • Coordinate stock management and ensure order accuracy. • Follow delivery and payment terms strictly. • Work closely with Asia Pacific Sale department to determine which customers require follow-up. • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns. 3. Customer Relationship Management & Communication • Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction and cooperate to solve product quality problems (such as quality problems visit, take photos and write reports.) • Prepare meeting minutes and reports with photos from client discussions. • Implement and track after-sales service performance. • Participate in customer review meetings (monthly, half-yearly, yearly). 4. Performance & Budget Management • Submit monthly KPI reports and budget conclusions based on sales and customer service performance.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in sales operations, B2B sales, logistics, or customer service, preferably in refrigeration, home appliances, or related industries.
  3. Male / Female, under 40 years old and in good health.
  4. Must be able to communicate in Thai and Chinese. (Thai and English speakers will be given next priority.)
  5. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  6. Knowledge of the Thai market, key customer segments and electrical products or home appliances
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Proficiency in data tracking and KPI reporting.
  9. Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  10. Experienced drive.
