Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and control production quality to meet company standards
2. Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to ensure compliance
3. Analyze and resolve quality issues occurring in the production line
4. Collaborate with the production team to improve quality and reduce defects
5. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, BRC, or other relevant quality standards
6. Prepare quality inspection reports and propose corrective actions
7. Follow safety policies and company quality standards
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, Kaizen
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
1. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
2. ตรวจสอบวัสดุที่ใช้ในการผลิต กระบวนการผลิต และสินค้าสำเร็จรูปเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
3. วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิต
4. ร่วมมือกับทีมผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพและลดข้อบกพร่อง
5. มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, BRC หรือมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นๆ
6. จัดเตรียมรายงานการตรวจสอบคุณภาพและเสนอแนะการดำเนินการแก้ไข
7. ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายความปลอดภัยและมาตรฐานคุณภาพของบริษัท
8.สนับสนุนโครงการปรับปรุงต่อเนื่อง เช่น Lean, 5S, Kaizen
Qualifications
- Diploma - Bachelor's degree in Science, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or a related field
- Female / Male (Male candidates preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC or production quality control and electrical part
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, BRC standard
- Experience using measurement tools and quality inspection equipment
- Proficiency in Burmese is required*
- Able to communicate in Chinese and write well (Preferably possess intermediate-level Chinese proficiency : HSK Level 3 or above in listening, speaking, reading, and writing will be considered a plus)
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with production teams
- Detail-oriented and responsible attitude
