Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and control production quality to meet company standards
2. Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to ensure compliance
3. Analyze and resolve quality issues occurring in the production line
4. Collaborate with the production team to improve quality and reduce defects
5. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, BRC, or other relevant quality standards
6. Prepare quality inspection reports and propose corrective actions
7. Follow safety policies and company quality standards
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, Kaizen
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
1. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
2. ตรวจสอบวัสดุที่ใช้ในการผลิต กระบวนการผลิต และสินค้าสำเร็จรูปเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
3. วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิต
4. ร่วมมือกับทีมผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพและลดข้อบกพร่อง
5. มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, BRC หรือมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นๆ
6. จัดเตรียมรายงานการตรวจสอบคุณภาพและเสนอแนะการดำเนินการแก้ไข
7. ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายความปลอดภัยและมาตรฐานคุณภาพของบริษัท
8. สนับสนุนการดำเนินการปรับปรุงคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง เช่น Lean, 5S, Kaizen
Qualifications
- Higher Vocational Certificate (Por Wor Sor) - Bachelor's degree in Science, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC or production quality control and electrical part
- Female / Male (Male candidates preferred). Under 40 years old and in good health.
- Able to communicate in Chinese and Burmese, if write well will be considered a plus.
- Open to all nationalities
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, BRC standard
- Experience using measurement tools and quality inspection equipment
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with production teams
- Detail-oriented and responsible attitude
- วุฒิการศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพขั้นสูง (ปวส.) - ปริญญาตรีด้านการผลิต วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี ในการควบคุมคุณภาพ (QA/QC) หรือการควบคุมคุณภาพการผลิต และส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไฟฟ้า
- เพศหญิง / เพศชาย (ผู้สมัครเพศชายจะได้รับการพิจารณาก่อน) , อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปีและมีสุขภาพแข็งแรง
- ต้องสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนและภาษาพม่าได้ หากเขียนภาษาจีนได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ, เปิดรับทุกสัญชาติ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, BRC
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้เครื่องมือวัดและอุปกรณ์ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
- มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมผลิตได้อย่างใกล้ชิด
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีทัศนคติที่รับผิดชอบ
