Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Systems & Programming – Develop, implement, and maintain IT solutions for production, engineering, IoT, and automation.
- Infrastructure Management – Oversee LAN networks, CCTV, computer systems, and cybersecurity to ensure smooth operations.
- IT Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of programmers and IT support staff, ensuring efficient problem-solving and project execution.
- Business Process Improvement – Work with various departments to optimize workflows through ERP, SAP, and other enterprise systems.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Manage system maintenance, upgrades, and IT security.
Qualifications
- Attitude can do
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of programming (SQL, Python, Java, or similar) for factory automation.
- Experience with network infrastructure, security, and server management.
- Proven leadership in managing IT teams and projects.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.
