Job Descriptions

1. Following internal and external regulations regarding procurement 2. Smoothly reduce the cost of power too products by launching and procuring power tool parts at the lowest cost and in shortest time possible 3. Manage team (20 persons) in order to achieve department goals by deadline 4. Manage /support the progress of staff work 5. Create/ improve the quotation launch process 6. Coordinate with suppliers both domestic and overseas 7. Work with related departments to address quotation and procurement start-up issues 8. Manage a series of procurement projects including cost roll-up of new productions, procurement start-up, Changeover procedures and project closure 9. Manage and negotiate suppliers, costs and all related points 10. Contribute to company by initiating and achieving priority goals Special Skills - Japanese Business Level or N2 up (must) - Expert in procurement and purchasing for plastic mold/ aluminium die cast/ sheet metal/ machining parts - FTA and Incoterms - Excels, Power point and new IT tools 1. Have Excellent understanding of procurement and purchasing for plastic mold/ aluminium die cast/ sheet metal/ machining parts 2. Able to judge procurement process and able to handle procurement issues in accordance with rules and regulations 3. Able to build good relationships with the suppliers 4. Able to manage carry out from the beginning of purchasing process until parts launch 5. Confident to work confidently, yet listen to advice from others for the best outcome

Qualifications

Sex : Male (ผู้ชายเท่านั้น)
Expert in procurement and purchasing for plastic mold/ aluminium die cast/ sheet metal/ machining parts
FTA and Incoterms
Excels, Power point and new IT tools
More than 7 years in Procurement and Purchase Section
Ever handled big team
Japanese speaking and ever experienced in Japanese Manufacturers
Very Strong management, Interpersonal, Negotiation, Planning skills
Must achieve recovery of all procurement and purchasing delayed issues, correct mistakes and team building within 3 months or as soon as possible
Has 3 years avg service years in each workplace.
Japanese Business Level or N2 up (must)
