Job Descriptions
•Analyze and resolve basic issues related to SAP or other relevant applications.
•Design, develop, and optimize SAP or other software applications to suit employees' needs.
•Prepare reports, summarize data, and analyze information as required by employees, providing guidance on software usage.
•Act as the main coordinator with SAP service providers or other relevant software vendors.
•Conduct employee training and provide guidance on software usage, as well as develop training resources.
•Regularly perform data backups and monitor the effectiveness of data recovery systems.
•Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT..
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in SAP application support.
- Strong understanding of SAP business
- Strong understanding of MS SQL Server and MySQL.
- Basic understanding of ABAP.
- Basic understanding of internet and network systems.
- Expertise in report design using Crystal Reports or other reporting tools connected to databases.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Service-minded and customer-oriented.
