Job Descriptions
- Lead and oversee quality control processes for footwear production, ensuring inspections at different stages.
- Supervise product testing and conduct detailed inspections of materials and finished footwear.
- Detect defects, collaborate with teams to resolve issues, and prevent recurrence.
- Continuously monitor and enhance quality control systems, recommending process improvements.
- Manage and train the quality control team.
- Ensure compliance with standards, prepare reports, and stay informed about global quality standards.
Qualifications
- Qualifications Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 4-6+ years of experience in quality control in the shoes industry
- 1-2 years in a managerial role
- Certification related to quality control tools
- Experience with product testing and quality assessment techniques
