Job Descriptions

•Set up and manage purchasing procedure •Source new suppliers, both domestic and international, to support other requirements •Create and improve processes and initiate cost reduction schemes with suppliers •Monitor the effectiveness of suppliers in terms of quality and pricing •Working to improve efficiency, reduce waste and drive down costs •Assess supplier’s products to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the organization’s quality standards. •Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality standard, proper delivery timeline and reasonable price •Be responsible and proactive in EMS issues that affect the individual, the office, field environment, and their customers •Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor and Leader

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
At least 3 years’ experience in purchasing function with manufacturing environment
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office
Need to be able to communicate in Thai and must have a good command of English
Able to implement SAP system but not a must is an advantage
Able to coordinate between local/overseas suppliers
Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of purchasing goods and service and good working
Knowledge of materials and source of supply
Hands on and willing to deal with details
negotiation, communication, good collaboration, teamwork, strong interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
