Overview: Manage employee relations to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Provide advice, conduct investigations, and handle disciplinary matters while traveling as needed. Key Responsibilities: •Investigate employee complaints and advise on labor laws •Conduct disciplinary investigations and prepare reports •Coordinate with internal and external parties •Organize training on work regulations, labor laws, and company policies •Monitor adherence to employee relations policies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Law, Political Science, or related)
3-5 years’ experience in labor law, employee relations, or disciplinary investigations
Strong investigative, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel
