Job Descriptions

- Responsible for HR related work in Thailand factory - Follow up and implement the recruitment work to meet the company's manpower needs - Organize and arrange internal and external training resources, to meet training process control and result follow-up - Responsible for the personnel management of all employees, including but not limited to personnel file and contract management, the review and handling of personnel procedures such as employee entry, regularization, change, promotion, resignation, social security, housing provident fund, etc., attendance, salary settlement, performance appraisal and other accounting and summary, employee annual physical examination arrangement, satisfaction survey, etc. - Responsible for all personnel docking between the Thai factory and Kunshan - Complete other tasks assigned by the manager

Qualifications

Good command in Chinese Mandarin
More than 3 years of human resources work experience in manufacturing.
Familiar with the human resources work process, have an understanding of each template, and be familiar with recruitment and personnel affairs
Familiar with local laws and regulations, talent policies and other government support policies in Thailand;
. Have good affinity, strong communication and coordination skills, and strong ability to work under pressure
