Job Descriptions

•Manage and lead the team in developing new model parts for the Extrusion parts in collaboration with customers, from initial concept to production and delivery. •Act as the primary point of contact with customers to understand their needs and develop Extrusion parts that meet those requirements. •Review and analyze customer drawings, including modifying and correcting drawings for aluminum Extruded part production. •Plan and develop new part production processes, considering efficiency, quality, and cost. •Evaluate and improve new model machinery/equipment for operations, including recommending investments in necessary machinery and equipment. •Plan and monitor production to ensure that new model parts are delivered to customers on time and meet customer satisfaction. •Manage the budget and resources related to new product development. •Evaluate performance and propose ways to improve the new product development process. •Build and maintain good relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in product development and manufacturing processes in the Extrusion industry, with experience in management level.
Deep understanding of the Extrusion process, aluminum properties, and related manufacturing technologies.
Ability to read and write engineering drawings expertly.
Skills in project management, planning, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership skills, able to motivate and develop the team.
Proficiency in using computers and related programs (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, project management software).
