Job Descriptions

•Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence in CLMV countries and China. •Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners. •Handle and manage distributors in each area, ensuring alignment with sales goals and market strategies. •Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in CLMV and China markets. •Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports. •Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and partners. •Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods. •Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events in Domestic and CLMV regions and China. •Take on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in CLMV and China markets.
Proficiency in English and/or a CLMV language (e.g., Vietnamese) and Mandarin.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently to CLMV countries and China.
Familiarity with consumer preferences and cultural nuances in CLMV and China markets.
