Job Descriptions
Responsibilities
1. Organize and coordinate production in the workshop, to ensure product quality, complete production on time with guaranteed quality and quantity.
2. Implement product quality improvement requirements, organize personnel to influence subsequent assembly, establish product control plans for market feedback issues to ensure product quality.
3. Summarize, analyze and report quality problems in the workshop, prepare standard documents in the next step, to ensure effective quality problems resolution and prevent recurrence of quality problems.
4. Prepare and revise documents according to process standard requirements, ensure document accuracy and supervise implementation.
5. Promote major projects in energy, assets, safety, TPM, etc., and promote the achievement of various indicators.
6. Implement process instructions, check product quality consistency.
7. Organize inventory of equipment, tools, etc., and ensure inventory accuracy.
8. Implement lean production, eliminate seven wastes on the production line, improve the working environment and reduce production costs.
9. Emphasize 5S on the production line, and improve the level of management on the production line.
10. Coordinate work exchanges between teams, participate in personnel-related work, and promote employee participation.
Qualifications
- Male Age 28-35 years old
- Education High school, Vocational Certificate, Bachelor's Degree Experience
- At least 1 year experience as a Assembly process Leader position
- General knowledge Company system, organizational culture, basic knowledge of machinery
- Observation ability, learning ability, communication ability, implementation ability, ability to find the cause of the problem
- Able to use office computer programs
- Able to analyze 5W, schedule management, able to find the cause of the problem, solve the problem and make a report
- Able to use measuring tools to check the quality
- Able to use lean production methods to improve the process
- Able to coordinate with other departments in the company and in the group of company
- Able to work as a team and communicate to improve teamwork
- Able to use human resource management methods to achieve goals
- Able to use problem-solving methods to solve abnormalities in the workshop
