Job Descriptions
1.ประสานงานและวางแผนโครงการต่างๆ ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนแล้วเสร็จ รวมถึงโครงการติดตั้งใหม่ โครงการบำรุงรักษาและโครงการซ่อมแซม
2.ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับแผนกอื่นๆ ในบริษัทเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าโครงการทั้งหมดจะดำเนินการตามกำหนดเวลาที่ตกลงกับลูกค้า
3. จัดเก็บและบันทึกเอกสารทุกโครงการอย่างเป็นระบบ
4. จัดทำ online content ของสินค้าของบริษัทฯ เพื่อ upload ใน Facebook, Instagram, Line เป็นต้น
5. ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า และติดตามใบเสนอราคา
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในด้านธุรการขายและประสานงานกับลูกค้า
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการเจรจา
- เคยทำ online content หรือ online marketing มาไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือน
- มีความอดทน
- เรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว และทำงานได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว ว่องไว
- ใช้โปรแกรมที่ทำ online content ได้ เช่น Canva, Photoshop เป็นต้น
