Job Descriptions
- ประสานงานระหว่างแผนกในองค์กรและกลุ่มลูกค้าต่างประเทศที่สื่อสาร เป็นภาษาจีน
- ประสานงานจัดซื้อสินค้าจากประเทศจีน
- วางแผนการติดตามลูกค้า, แก้ไขปัญหา, แนะนำหรือตอบคำถามลูกค้า เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจของบริษัท, รวบรวมและจัดทำรายงาน feedback
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
- รับรองลูกค้าที่มาเยี่ยมชมบริษัทฯ
- จัดทำรายงานหรืองานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25-40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาภาษาจีน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้เป็นอย่างดี (หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี, มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน, ชอบการเรียนรู้, มีใจรักในงานบริการ
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้ในระดับดี
