- Recruitment process and Managing the hiring process. - Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. - Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements. - Manage and ensure the accuracy of HR databases and software. - Foster a positive working environment through active engagement and communication with employees - Coordinate and assist in organizing company events and activities.

Qualifications

Female
Age 25 - 30 years
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience 2- 5 Years in Human Resources
Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, performance management, employee relations, etc.).
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
