Job Descriptions
Job Details •Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, build good relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and drive supplier development initiatives. •Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing strategies aligned with new product launches and other key initiatives. •Analyze market trends, identify cost saving area, and ensure sourcing complies with all regulations and ethical practices. •Develop and maintain s efficient purchasing processes, including workflows and price lists, and manage the RFQ process for new projects. •Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing professionals.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  2. At least 10 years related fields automotive parts/Electronic parts and supplier management
  3. Knowledge in MRP/ERP, SAP system would be advantage
  4. Proven skills in negotiation and cost analysis
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  6. Fluent in English
