- Coordinate with internal technical teams and international providers for link provisioning, DWDM circuits, cross-connect installations, and network equipment integration within data centers. - Plan, coordinate, monitor, and troubleshoot service configuration and network issues in collaboration with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth operations. - Plan, design, draft documentation, and execute migration processes for products and solutions such as Web Proxy, Web Hosting, Load Balancing (e.g., F5, Netscaler), CDN (e.g., Facebook, Google, Netflix), DPI, and Corporate Internet Services, ensuring efficient transitions with minimal service disruptions. - Conduct market research and analyze customer requirements to align product development with market demand. - Provide technical insights and innovative ideas to enhance product development and service quality. - Plan and manage product development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, while maintaining customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Accounting, IT, Compliance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and external partners to ensure product-market fit. - Understand and stay updated on regulatory requirements from the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), ensuring the company’s operations comply with relevant regulations. - Prepare and deliver technical, marketing, and sales presentations to internal teams, partners, and customers. - Provide technical support for International Points of Presence (PoP), media providers, and IDC operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge and experience with network products and services, including DWDM, DPI, Web Proxy, Web Hosting, Load Balancing, and Corporate Internet.
Experience working with international telecom providers and data center operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.
Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and pricing models.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
Experience and familiarity with internal processes and workflows within AWN will be considered an advantage. (Preferred)
