Job Descriptions
Payroll Process - Payroll accounting - Voucher payment, Wages and Salary payments - SSO Payment - Provident Fund Payment - Union Co-operative Payment Voucher - PND 90,91 for expat - Certificate for employee - Summary wage report support HR send to Compensation fund Insurance Management Account Payable management - Payment to Suppliers Material by E-WHT - Payment to Contractors by E-WHT - Payment to vendor Shipping, transport by E-WHT - Payment to Employee and others - Control and Clear GL WHT for payment by E-WHT - Document management - Vendor reconciliation - Vendor clearing - Follow invoice posting for clear advance - Vendor ageing Knowledge of TFRS Knowledge of SAP modules Support in Quarterly and Annual Audit and preparation of FS and notes Monthly reimbursement to employees and relevant accounting and control Verifying financial transactions documents and accounting. Coordinating with external auditors and The Revenue Department. Study and analyze any new or changes in tax related procedures to ensure compliance and recommend practical solutions Handling any other duties as assigned by the management. To review and prepare management report to support all requirement
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
  2. At least 5 years of accounting experience.
  3. Computer skills (Ms-word, Excel, Power point).
  4. Good understanding and skills of system and software, i.e. SAP Oracle.
  5. Strong analytical skills.
  6. Preference will be given to those who have worked for major auditing firms, such as the Big 4.
  7. Hardworking, detail-oriented, methodical, and very structured.
  8. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
