Job Descriptions
1. วางแผนและจัดสรรบุคลากรของ Service Team ทั้ง 3 สาขา 2. วางแผนและจัดสรรบุคลากรในการทำงาน Preventive Maintenance และงาน Service ร่วมกับทีม Service หลังการขาย 3. เป็นที่ปรึกษาในการออกแบบและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเชิงลึก เพื่อสนับสนุนงานขาย และหลังการขาย 4. เข้าประชุมกับลูกค้าเพื่อสนับสนุนงานขายและเข้าประชุมแผนงาน Project กับลูกค้า 5. ทำหน้าที่ Audit Service Team ทั้งในส่วนงาน Implement & Service 6. จัดทำรายงานการปฏิบัติงานของตนเองและทีมงาน 7. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทางด้านสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Project Management, IT Support Manager และ/หรือ Senior System & Network Engineer มากกว่า 3-5 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการ Implementation Hardware และ Software ระบบ Server, Client และมีความรู้ความสามารถในการ Configuration อุปกรณ์ Network (Router,Firewall, Switch,Accesspoint,CCTV,etc)
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบระบบต่าง ๆ เช่น Server System และ Network System
  5. หากมี Certificate (Microsorf, Aruba, Ciso, Ruckus, etc.) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. สามารถเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  8. มี Service mind และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี
  9. สามารถขับรถจักรยานยนต์ หรือรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
  10. สามารถทำงานนอกสถานที่ และสามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
