Job Descriptions
Payroll Duties -Good knowledge work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role. -Controlling attendance and record. -Maintenance Finger scan system. Recruitment & Training Duties -Recruitment and selection. -Orientation New employee. -Support In-house Training & External Training & OJT. -Contact and coordinate with the Department of Skill Development. Other Duties - Hands-on ,Social Insurance, Labor Department. - Have good knowledge of labor laws. - Welfare & Benefit - Other as considered appropriate and assigned by Superior up.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree HRM or any fields.
  2. Human Resource function 2-5 years.
  3. Fair command in English.
  4. Fair command in chinese.
  5. Ability to use Microsoft office program (Excellent Excel skills).
  6. Have a service mind and good relations.
