Job Descriptions
1. Provide information and coordinate with visitors, customers and vendorsให้ข้อมูลและประสานงานผู้มาติดต่อ ลูกค้า และเวนเดอร์
2. Answer phone callsรับสายโทรศัพท์
3. . Arrange transportation to pick up and drop off employeesจัดรถรับ-ส่งให้พนักงาน
4. Prepare food and meeting rooms for customers and visitorsจัดเตรียมอาหาร ห้องประชุมให้ลูกค้า ผู้มาติดต่อ
5. Send documents between internal and external รับส่งเอกสารระหว่างภายใน และภายนอก
6. Work as instructed by the supervisor ทำงานตามหัวหน้าสั่ง
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree relate file
- Good command in English ( If you can communicate in Chinese, you will be given special consideration.)
- Have a passion for service work
- Can do Overtime
