Job Descriptions

HR Development & Training 1. Design and implement HR development programs that align with business goals, including training, leadership development, and competency frameworks. 2. Develop and execute succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline. 3. Oversee and enhance learning roadmaps, incorporating both online and offline training methods. Talent & Performance Management 4. Create and manage talent development strategies to identify and retain high-potential employees. 5. Implement career development pathways and provide employees with growth opportunities. 6. Develop competency models to align skills with business needs. Culture & Engagement Initiatives 7. Lead projects to strengthen organizational culture and values, ensuring a positive employee experience. 8. Support employee engagement initiatives that drive motivation and workplace well-being. HR Insights & Continuous Improvement 9. Measure the effectiveness of HRD programs and refine strategies based on data-drive insights. 10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance people development initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources development, organization development or other related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in HRD or related field. (Development Program Design, Competency Management.
Good command of English and computer skills in MS Office, Canva, Google App.
Great communicator and strong in interpersonal skills.
Experience in being MC or a trainer and able to conduct training program is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Strategic Thinking / Analytical and Critical Thinking.
Proactive thinking, communication and solves problems effectively.
