Job Descriptions
Area of responsibilities: •Handle Procurement functions: -Monitoring and tracking purchase requisitions from other departments and coordinating with concerned parties to complete supply process -Improve Procurement sourcing with cost control efficiency -Arranging oversea purchasing and coordinating with custom clearance agencies -Preparing the monthly reports and providing support data to Management and concerned departments -Strictly complying with company policies and procedures, -Issuing purchase orders in SAP & Oracle programs •Ensure effective Plan, Do, Check, Act strategy in cost control, planning, and cross-functional saving
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in logistics management or related fields
  2. Min. 4 years’ experience in Purchasing/Procurement functions
  3. Oversea purchasing experience is preferrable
  4. Good negotiation and communication skills
  5. Good command of written and spoken English
  6. PC literacy
  7. Working location at Songkhla
