Job Descriptions
•Manage and co-ordinate projects, warehouse and stock management operations across several locations in the country to ensure that our customers’ requirements are met. •Procurement of costs inclusive of warehouse, material handling equipment, manpower, truck & trailers and service providers to fit within budget and meet with business requirement for project logistics. •Warehouse and stock management Operation Procedure Review and Improvement * Warehouse and Stock Audit •Management of existing and new service providers to ensure the delivery of services are met with KPI for each product and project. •To work closely with customs authority and related authorities such as Department of Industrial Works, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives to get approval of inbound cargo into free trade zone. •Warehouse and stock management operation and planning
Qualifications
  1. Minimum bachelor degree in engineering and / or logistics from a recognized university.
  2. High business acumen, excellent organization, analytical & communication skills.
  3. Min 10 year experience with the third party warehousing and logistics service provider sector preferably with experiences in handling of non-ferrous, ferrous metals, agriculture commodities, chemical, mineral and industrial products.
  4. Min 5 year experience in management of third parties service providers, cost procurements and management of team with combination of white and blue collar workers.
  5. Proven leadership skills, Process orientated thinking with the ability to build, maintain and grow a high performance operation team.
  6. Demonstrated warehousing and logistics operations expertise such as calculation of warehouse utilization, design warehousing and logistics solution.
  7. Able to work well and make decision in a fast-moving business environment
  8. Able to work in a irregular hours for special project and problem solving cases
  9. Proven ability to work on cross-functional and multicultural / matrix teams.
  10. Strong character, initiative, creative and innovative.
  11. Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
  12. Effective interpersonal skills.
  13. Age : 35 and above
