Job Descriptions
- ค้นหาลูกค้าใหม่ ใช้เครื่องมือต่างๆ เช่น CRM, LinkedIn, หรือข้อมูลตลาดอื่นๆ ในการค้นหาลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
- ติดต่อกับลูกค้าและส่งอีเมลเพื่อแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการ
- ใช้กระบวนการคัดกรอง (เช่น BANT, MEDDIC) เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมายมีศักยภาพในการเป็นลูกค้าระยะยาว
- ตั้งเป้าหมายในการนัดหมายกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้ทีมขาย (Account Executives) สามารถทำการนำเสนอและปิดการขายได้
- บันทึกข้อมูลการติดต่อทั้งหมดในระบบ CRM เพื่อให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าเป็นระเบียบและสามารถติดตามผลได้
Qualifications
- รูปแบบการทำงาน Freelance / Part-Time สามารถทำคู่กับงานประจำได้
- สามารถพูดและเขียนได้อย่างชัดเจนเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการ
- สามารถสร้างความเชื่อมั่นกับลูกค้า
- สามารถจัดการงานหลายๆ อย่างได้พร้อมกันได้
- การมีประสบการณ์ในด้านการขาย หรือการบริการลูกค้าในบทบาทที่คล้ายกันจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
