Job Descriptions
Support management team to manage OH&S by implementing OH&S requirements including safe work procedures, emergency plans, Occupational Health & Safety master plan, information and training, management of contractors, alignment with ISO requirements (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), audits, inspections, risk management, incident/accident reporting and implementation. Role & Responsibilities: 1. Implement a safety system to align with group Company regulations, laws, and all of the standard systems ISO14000 and ISO45001 to the plants and workplace. 2. Provide Occupational Health & Safety Training and keep a record of training data. 3. Perform Occupational Health & Safety Inspections and Audits as master plan. 4. Update, follow up, and keep incident reports and all concerned OH&S reports. 5. Coordinate workplace Environment Monitoring and keep OH&S recording. 6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree of Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of Occupational Health and Safety management
  3. Work experience in manufacturing industry Safety and Environment.
  4. Knowledge on health, Safety, and Environment Management.
  5. Knowledge on Safety and Related compliance.
  6. Knowledge on Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification.
  7. Knowledge on Accident / Incident Investigation.
  8. Knowledge on Internal Audit in OH&S.
  9. Good Problem Solving and Coaching skill
  10. Good in Communication by English Language.
