Qualifications
  1. อายุ: 25 - 40 ปี
  2. การศึกษา: จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT), ความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ (Cyber Security), กฎหมาย หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ทำงาน: มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน มากกว่า 3 ปี ในสายงาน Data Protection Officer (DPO), Cyber Security, IT Compliance หรือ Information Security
  4. ความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็น: มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) และ GDPR
  5. เข้าใจหลักการด้าน การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Data Protection Management) และ มาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
  6. มีทักษะด้าน IT Security, Risk Management และ IT Governance
  7. สามารถวิเคราะห์และจัดทำ นโยบาย (Policy), มาตรฐาน (Standard), แนวปฏิบัติ (Guideline) และกระบวนการ (Procedure) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลได้
  8. มีความสามารถในการ บริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง (Risk Management) และการตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย (Compliance Audit)
  9. มีทักษะในการให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำและอบรม (Training) พนักงานเกี่ยวกับ PDPA และ Cybersecurity
  10. ใบรับรองวิชาชีพ (Certifications) ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (อย่างน้อย 1 รายการ) เช่น
  11. - Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E, CIPP/Asia) - Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) - Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) - ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer หรือ Lead Auditor - CompTIA Security+ หรือ อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  12. ทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับทีม:
  13. สามารถ ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายกฎหมาย, ฝ่าย IT, ฝ่าย Compliance และหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลได้เป็นอย่างดี
  14. มีความสามารถในการ นำเสนอ อธิบายแนวทางการปฏิบัติ และสร้างความตระหนักรู้ด้านการคุ้มครองข้อมูล
  15. มีความสามารถในการจัดทำรายงานและให้คำปรึกษา
  16. สามารถจัดทำ เอกสารรายงานด้านการคุ้มครองข้อมูล และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลได้
  17. หากมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในองค์กรขนาดใหญ่หรือเคยดำรงตำแหน่ง DPO มาก่อน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
