Job Discription -Second tier get inform problem from local PC-Support -Basic check (as much as possible) and inform to Vendor -Coordinate and investigate a problem with Vendor -Follow up case until finish and report to company -Check Survey New LAN from local PC-Support -Coordination with PC-Support, User to make order -Send E-Mail broadcast about Network activities -Control install/replace job follow Work plan -On-site conduct & QA work(If need) -Knowledge basic skill in network diagram. Item: Switch L3, L2,Wireless Controller, Access Point, Voice System(CUCM,VG)

Qualifications

ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
มีทักษะด้าน Network L2, L3
เริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับปานกลาง (โต้ตอบอีเมลภาษาอังกฤษได้)
สามารถเข้าออฟฟิศได้ 100%
