Job Descriptions
1.Lead nationwide sales team members and assist Area Distributors to achieve sales targets.
2.Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote company’s products and increase market share.
3.Manage and control own sales team through appropriate target settings, coaching, and performance monitoring to maximize sales and market share
4.Ability to develop new accounts and grow distribution channels across GT market
5.Build long-term partner relationships within new and existing distributors ensuring the company is positioned as a true value-added provider
supporting goals and objectives
6.Creative, energetic, self-motivated and possess strong communication skills
7.Proven track record in sales and strong planning skills
8.Fluent written and spoken in English.
Qualifications
- Men/Women 28 year old up
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master degree in Marketing, Business, International business or related field.
- Experience in FMCG markets, Traditional Trade-, Distributor- channels is plus
- Have personal Car with Driving License
- Good in English Communications and understands.
