Position: Marketplace Support Specialist (Operations Analyst) Salary: 18,000 THB Days of working: 5 Days a week [10.00 am – 19.00 pm] Location: The PARQ 88, Ratchadapisek Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok Contract type: Outsource by PRTR - 3 Months (Renewal Guarantee) Key Responsibilities -Configure driver incentives using Excel and online tools by extracting, organizing, and uploading data into the system. -Monitor driver performance and feedback in real-time, troubleshooting issues, and compile problem summaries for the team. -Update dashboards and assist in analyzing various data points to inform business decisions. -Conduct internal and external research to support team operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (New graduates are welcome)
Proficient in Excel; experience with SQL is a plus.
Good command in English.
Strong understanding of mathematics and numbers with excellent attention to detail.
Flexible with changes, eager to learn, and driven by passion for growth.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
