Job Descriptions
1. ร่วมกับแผนกผลิตจัดทำ Protocol งาน validate ด้านต่างๆ จัดทำเอกสารคุณภาพตามระบบ GHP 2. ดูแลการ validate เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ในการผลิตและการควบคุมคุณภาพให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา จัดทำแผนและตรวจผลการ validate 3. ดูแลการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างๆทั้งทางด้านผลิตและควบคุมคุณภาพให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอน มีการบันทึก การปฏิบัติตามระบบ GHP, HACCP, ISO 4. ดูแลการแก้ไขข้อบกพร่อง และการป้องกันข้อบกพร่องต่างๆที่ตรวจพบให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 5. ดูแลการจัดทำการทบทวนคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ประจำปีของผลิตภัณฑ์ทุกชนิดให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา 6. จัดตั้งและร่วมในทีมประเมินความเสี่ยงในกิจกรรมต่างๆที่มีความเสี่ยง 7. ดูแลการอบรมประจำปีพนักงานในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับ GMP 8. ฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ประกันคุณภาพใหม่ 9. ดูแลเรื่องระบบประกันคุณภาพให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์วิธีการที่ดีในการผลิต(GMP) 10. อนุมัติปล่อยผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผ่านกระบวนการผลิต และการควบคุมคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ 11. ทบทวนรายงานการซ้อมเรียกคืนผลิตภัณฑ์ (Mock Recall) 12. วันปฎิบัติงาน : วันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์เวลาปฎิบัติงาน: 8.00 - 17.00 น.
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. ปริญญาตรี สาขาจุลชีววิทยา วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี และสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ในสายงานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
  4. ความรู้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องเรื่องผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีความคล่องตัวสูงในการทำงาน, มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  6. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
  7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
  8. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  9. มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมพื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft ได้ในระดับดี
